Blue rose handmade 1970’s style belt new with tags like ModCloth,unique vintage

The 1970’s are back in and this belt is handmade never worn , it is new with tags 🏷 . A friend of mine has a boutique and so she gave it to me but it doesn’t fit me. Also it’s vintage like. Thank you for looking! Also there are no size tags on the belt but I tried on myself and it’s a pinch too small so I would say that this would best fit a medium or large.
