Blue satin mini dress

Wore this to a family holiday party with black tights and it was exactly the right amount of festive, and beautiful. This came with a satin belt but I lost it. I wore it with another belt (shown but not included). I’m torn between if it looks better belted or not... you decide! Size 8 in H&M is really a size 4
