Blue satin/silk-like dress with lace detail

Navy blue dress with silk-like feel; black lace detail around the neckline and empire waist. Sleeves are gathered at the wrist. Smocking on the back allows for a flexible foot. Worn very little, so in very good to excellent condition. Machine washable. Smoke free, cat friendly home.
