Blue sequin tube top + matching full skirt for prom or formal dress

Jump Apparel Co. by Wendye Chaitin prom dress set. Top is stretchy and fits size medium. Some thread/sequin damage along back seam, but hardly noticeable and does not affect wearability. Maxi skirt says size 11/12 but fits a 31" waist. 43" long. Looks and feels like satin, flowy and beautiful. Has a front waist tie and 8” back zipper. Has some wrinkles from being in storage but could easily be steamed out.
