Blue shimmery Anthropologie Blouse

NWT. It was still in the bag. I never got around to returning. I saw it in a til too video and it looked lovely. However, it is too sparkly for me. The tag calls it blue but it’s more like a light blue ice. Almost silver. Very shimmery. I did pay full price. Small. Brand is Flat White.
