Blue shiny top, black long tight skirted dress!

This dress comes from a European brand called Koton(www.koton.com). It has a blue wrinkled shiny top and a long black skirt that surrounds your hips very well! it has been only worn once, it is a bit wrinkled since it was folded and put away, but the dress itself is in perfect condition! It is a perfect formal wear. I’d recommend this if you are taller than I am- (5.3 ft, 163 cm). The skirt came until under my knees. It is perfect for a day at work or to attend a cocktail, party, etc.
