Blue silk blend dress with pockets

Beautiful, super comfortable and light, ultramarine blue silk blend dress by the Gap. Fully lined with gauzy cotton. Hidden side pockets. Can be dressed up or down. I believe this is NWOT but it has been so long since I bought it that I’m not sure anymore. In excellent like-new condition.
