Blue sleeveless skater dress criss cross back detail with pockets

Royal Blue skater dress with quilt pattern detail, stretchy comfortable fabric, crossed back straps and pockets. High neck and open back, dress is short/above knee but not too mini. Does not have tags but dress would fit a small to medium comfortably. Worn once for a graduation, in great shape.
