Blue steel long chiffon bridesmaid dress

Was a multiple option dress but as you can see from the photos of the actual item the long pieces have been cut, twisted in the back and sewn to both sides in the front by a professional. There's a belt around the empire waist (shown in the last photo). I wore the dress for two weddings when pregnant. I don't think it was hemmed and I'm 5' 6". Still have spaghetti straps as an option. Zipper and hook in great condition. No known snags or stains. Washed by hand per tag instructions.
