Blue strapless dress!

It's a size 7 strapless dress.. never worn! The dress does come with straps though! It's open in the back and has 3 sets of hooks to adjust to your chest size! The color of the dress is such a beautiful bold blue! I would definitely wear this dress with a nice set of nude heels!
