Blue strapless romper

Semi formal romper with a sheer blue overlay. Looks like a dress, but there are shorts underneath. I’ve worn it one time, and it was really comfortable to move in. Fits size small or medium, and has good stretch. I recommend anyone under 5’7 buy this, because I’m 5’7 and the shorts were to short for me.
