Blue striped boat neck dress

A blue with white stripes boat neck dress. Purchased from a small boutique in NYC. Sleeveless with a low scoop back. Invisible zipper in the back. The front is lined in the top, so you can go bra-less if you want. A-line skirt hits above the knee but isn’t too short …it has POCKETS! Used but good condition.
