Blue striped puff sleeve button down

Vintage inspired - did not come with brand, size, material tags. Fits approximately like a small. In great condition. Sleeves are a bit scratchy- would recommend wearing long sleeve underneath. Has cinching on the sleeve. Message for measurements.
