Blue striped tailored shirt

NEW Blue striped tailor shirt with white collar and cuffs. Very soft and lightweight. There is no tag for made from materials or the brand for that matter. It says machine washable, but I would wash by hand and hang to dry. Size says XL, but I would put it between a loose medium and a fitted large. It didn't fit me and I am an XL.
