Blue tie dye cris cross strappy dress

Short and flowy spaghetti cris cross strap tie dye dress!! I got this cutie about 5 years ago for high school graduation but never wore it bc just a little too short for me. I never ever wore it & tags are still on!!! Super soft material and adorable cris cross on the back!
