Blue tule corset tea-length dress

Never been worn gorgeous flowing tule skirt complete with a tie up corset top with built in cups. Full boning on the corset. Polka dot skirt underneath full skirt. I wanted to wear this to the USMC Ball but never got to go! Existed around cats so may need to be professionally cleaned, hence the lower price. Honestly, full skirt could be turned into a separate and you would have a cute mini dress you could wear separately!
