Blue tweed dress skirt

This wool blend skirt is fully lined with a slight high low fringed hem. The tweed is a mottled blue, black, and white pattern as shown in the picture. It is in very good condition - no rips/stains/visible wear. Looks very cute with a white button up and heels for work, or dress it down with a sweater and boots!
