Blue velour top with gathered elbow-length sleeves

This is a New-with-Tags top by Free People, in a thick and luxurious heavy-weight velour fabric, slate-blue in color but with a nice sheen that gives the fabric a nice sensory depth. The tag says XL, but the model wearing it is a size 6; it seems more like an ample medium.
