Blue velvet tunic

This high neck tunic is beautiful! It is lined with the top layer being a sheer material with a velvet design. The back is a mirror image with a zip and button closure. There are no tags at all but fits like an XS. Bust fits up to 32 inches Length around 30 inches My pictures don’t do it justice! This is a re-posh from my pff shopmoonphase.
