Blue waterfall cover/vest

Blue waterfall vest/wrap....I do not know what these are called 💁 lol. Really soft material. Waterfall front with a pocket on each side. Excellent condition. Color is like a pretty blue/grey with darker blue horizontal pinstriping. Size says small, but I'm an XL-XXL amd fits good. Comes from a clean, smoke/pet free home.
