Blue & white floral smocked dress with Peter Pan collar

Boutique dress, with smocked bodice featuring tiny turquoise florets, flutter cap sleeves, bow/sash, and 3-button closure in the back. This dress is fully lined, 65% polyester, 35% cotton, and machine washable. Would list in perfect, like new condition, except for small area of fading where I stain treated to remove a paint stain. Unnoticeable when worn, unless looking for it.
