Blue & white patterned tunic

This blue & white patterned shirt is most definitely a tunic, so it is a bit longer but not long enough to be a dress. Very nice, airy material so perfect for the spring or summer! Buttons a quarter of the way up, so can be buttoned or left open. Never been worn & new with tags! Bought from a boutique.
