Blue & white summer dress

This is such a cute dress that is very flattering when on! It’s unfortunately too small on me now, though. There is a small stain on the belt, but I haven’t dried the dress, so it may be salvageable. Otherwise, a different belt with it would be cute! No other stains or issues. The dress itself is just as new.
