Blue & white tie-dye maxi dress -Size Small. Perfect for beach vacation!!

I absolutely love this dress. I have worn it twice on beach vacations with sandals! Can you’d string tie to cinch in waist or leave it flowing/loose. Back of dress is very flattering with the Y straps.
