Blue with Colorful Polkadots at Bottom Maxi Skirt

This pre-loved skirt is so adorable. It is a lovely royal biue at the top 2/3s of the skirt with pink, blue, yellow, purple and peach circles at the bottom. It has no rips, holes, or stains on it. The waistband is elastic. It feels like a mermaid fit without being tight. Without stretching, and laying flat, the waist measures 19". From top to bottom it measures 36.5". All measurements are approximate.
