Blue with black lace dress

Cobalt blue dress with lace strip in the flattering space of the waist. Lace area is see through. Very pretty, doesn’t wrinkle. Short, about mid thigh (5’3” is my height so may be shorter if you’re taller) worn once for a wedding. Large, but medium can wear also.
