Blue with white and pink pattern ruffled skirt dress. Sleeves are see through and 3/4 length. Three ruffles (lined) make up the skirt (above knee for me, and I’m 5’7”, but not super mini length). Zipper closure with metal clip at top. Worn only once to a wedding. Brand- French Connection Size 12
