Blue with white polka dot pencil dress

Super cute!! Blue with white polka dots retro pencil dress. Never worn other than trying it on,and tags are still attached. It's a sz small. I wear a dress sz 6 normally. I've got some curves in my hips and chest and the stretchy material hugged me nicely . Fit like a glove!!
