Blue wool vintage hat from Conner Handmade Hats

Has tag reading one size fits all, but seems to fit medium. feather and bow are in place, but the hat has slight discoloration on the top as shown in photo. however, if you’re wearing it, it’s doubtful anyone will be able to see as it’s on the top. Feather is attached to the hat.
