Blue wool winter peacoat Land’s End petite

Great midweight and transitional coat in a classic cut. Lightly worn. No flaws or stains. True to size 4, cut slightly shorter in waist and arm to hit just below the hip (I’m 5’2”). The color is a bright cobalt, not navy.
