keyzeebreezee @clover6 the waist measures at 40 and they are 68% cotton, 20% nylon, and 4% spandex. They are a really nice lightweight material. Also, I discovered the tag was missing and my husband said he thought it was off of something of mine and threw it away. But they are unworn.
