Blue/Green Bodycon Dress

Beautiful dress from Xenia Boutique. Super cute arm cutouts make it unique. Too small for me but returning it will cost more money than it’s worth. Tried on once. Australian size 6 American size 4 I’m an American size 6, 5ft flat and it fit perfectly length wise, just couldn’t fit over the top
