Bluebell Hot Pink Vintage Dress

Beautiful vintage dress with ruffle on the front not sure about size.Waist can be a little tighter by tying belt. It does have moth holes mostly on sleeves (look at images) I didn't see any on the front or back. Bust is 37", waist (over your belly button)28", hips 40", length 31" from under arm down and sleeves 15" from under arm down. Color looks different on the pictures.
