Blue/black Belted, Flared, Short-sleeve Dress

Very cute dress, with an adorable flared hem. I’m 5’1” and it hits my knee. Great for work or social event! Used only 2-3 times, but unfortunately the belt has started to peel due to shear disuse. Will take pictures, if interested. All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home!
