Blue-gray tunic/dress

Blue-charcoal gray dress (also tunic if you prefer) purchased from small boutique (Lush is the brand). In great condition minus some discoloration spots from unknown as it has been hanging clean in my closet. (See photo) comes from smoke free and pet free home. It is too small for me at a size 18-20.
