Blue/teal wrap style dress.

Brand new blue/teal wrap dress that buttons on the inside and one on left hip. V-neck with puff elastic sleeves and matching belt. The size is 2x but runs very small, would say it’s more of a L to XL which is why I couldn’t wear it.
