Blue/white color block dress

Blue and turquoise color block dress. Cute open back. The label says Rumor boutique. It says size 8 but I think it would fit well on a size 2/4 (I’m usually a size 2 and it’s a little oversized on me, but works well since it’s a flowy style). I have only worn it once and it’s in perfect condition!
