Blue/white polka dot faux wrap dress, size 14

Navy blue dress with white polka dots. Size 14. Faux wrap style. Measurements in photos. Dress is short. I’m about 5’5”, and it was a couple of inches above my knees. The bottom of it sort of bubbles, in that it comes out a little around the hips and then comes closer to the body toward the bottom. Loved the dress but only wore a couple of times because it was a little out of my comfort zone. No holes, rips or tears. Great condition. Has been hanging in closet of smoke and pet free home.
