Elastic stretches for a wide fit.  Bingo hair clip Atop a soft bed of pink hand-gathered and sewn tulle and a satin-lined alligator clip. Approximately 2x2.5”  Sprinkles number wand Wrapped in a coordinating tulle, soft base, and a glittered tulle overlay. Trailing varied textured trims. Encourage fun and play with this wand, sure to inspire creativity! The wand is wood and should not be bent.
