belaluna79 @misspiggy01 the sizing as you list it could be more clear. that is why many comments ask for clarification. these shoes ARE tricky sizing. reading the messages clearly would be helpful. on a purchase like 170$ it is necessary to make good on it for both parties. if there is a mistake, it has to be fixed. that is customer service. As I said, I will pay shipping for the exchange. there is too much money involved to not get it right.

misspiggy01 @belaluna79 as you can see I offered to do the return but you had to pay the shipping fee. Poshmark closed the case in my favor. The offer still stands to return the purchase as long as it is in the same condition as it was shipped. Please remove your comments. I understand that was a large purchase but it was not my mistake. I am trying to help you out.

belaluna79 @misspiggy01 it's not a power struggle. it's customer service. i would be fine with a boot exchange, if it's better for you to send the woman's 10.5 (AU 7.5) rather than refund the money out of pocket (once you recieve my return, of course). Your preference.
