Blush Satin Inspired Cocktail Dress

Size Small, NEW WITH TAGS Blush/light pink satin-like cocktail dress from forever 21. Purchased for a wedding but was never worn and I didn’t realize I couldn’t return after 30 days, oops. It has adjustable straps, a slit on the left side, and hits just below the knee on me (I’m 5’6 for reference). It has some loops on the side where I think a belt could go, but it did not come with one & I don’t see it on the website anymore to check.
