NWOT from forever21. It’s a small but fits more like XS on me. 16 pit to pit is tight on my 34C I’m 27-37 waist and hip. 32-34A/B and 25-26 waist would be ideal fit imo. Zipper functions all the way open, I just couldn’t reach to zip by myself
