Ruffled stand up collar that ties shut with a black velvet ribbon. 3/4 length bell sleeves are so pretty. Shown on my size 6 mannequin, would say it fits a Medium to extra large. Feels very royal! Listing as a LARGE. In perfect condition. There is a knot in the ribbon which will come undone with a little effort. The content and size labels are missing.
