Bobbie Brooks 1X Women's dress, floral

Brand New with tags, never worn, in perfect condition. Very pretty floral dress with lace detail on top back of dress. Has optional belt tie for waist. Could be used as a tunic with leggings or tights, or could simply be worn as a dress. Best for spring or summer seasons but could be layered with leggings, sweater and/ or jacket to wear in fall or winter.
