Bobeau Black and White A Line Dress, Size S, New with tag

Bobeau black and white dress, size small, new with tag. Ruffles at the end of sleeves. Sleeves fall at elbow length. Purchased from Nordstrom Rack for work right before Covid shut down. I now work from home so no longer need it. Still has tag. Shell is 97% polyester, 3% spandex. Outside lining is 100% polyester. Care instructions on tag: Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Line dry. Cool iron if needed.
