Bobeau Blue & White Med Vintage Maxi Skirt

Vintage skirt...from the 90s!! Worn just a few times, it has vertical elastic on each side of the cloth waistband to give a relaxed or scrunched fit at the waist. Length of skirt from top of waist to hem is 41". Cover photo shows the back of the skirt with one seam from waist to hem. The front is smooth and seamless.
