glasscanoe2 @andreankemp the bust is 18.5" and the waist is 18" flat when the jacket is zipped on the first zipper. The inner most zipper is approx 1" less

andreankemp @glasscanoe2 sorry for so many questions! So to clarify, the waist is 16.5" and the bust is 18.5"? Your comments indicates that the bust is 16.5" which would be smaller than an 18" waist
