Approximate Measurements:
Chest: 19”
Front Length (shoulder to bottom): 23.5”
Back Length: (center collar to bottom): 22.5”
Sleeves: 26” from collar

Good question, I had to learn Boden sizing when I started wearing this brand. I would probably call this a medium, but please see measurements in comment above.
