Boden Cut Out Detail Maxi Dress in Emerald Night Paradise; size 8P US/12P UK Never worn, only tried on Waist does sit higher than natural waist on me. I verge on petite but I have a long torso so the length of the top didn’t work for me. MEASUREMENTS (taken flat): Waist unstretched=14” Waist fully stretched=21” Length from shoulder seam to waistband=14” Length from bottom waist band to hem=37” Bust is difficult to measure bc of the cutouts but pit-to-pit is 19.5” flat I have a 40” bust though and it fits me across just not in length.
