Boden Remi belted dress with tassels, like new 8P

This is just adorable! I need to pare down my dress collection so I am sending it along. I believe this was worn twice. It is a very nice dark navy jersey knit with stretch. Super cute embroidery detail at cuff, chest, and hem. Bell sleeves. Nipped waist is super flattering with flare skirt. Love this so much!
